Over the years we have seen the horrible injuries and often life changing effects caused in motor vehicle collisions where alcohol or drugs are involved. The sad reality is that hundreds of people are killed or seriously injured each year. Mothers Against Drunk Driving has stated that crashes involving alcohol and/or drugs are a leading criminal cause of death in Canada. Every day, on average four Canadians are killed and many more are injured in alcohol and/or drug related motor vehicle collisions.
Unfortunately the incidence of impaired driving increases over the holiday season. At Schiffmann Injury Lawyers, we are committed to helping keep the people of Greater Toronto Area safe during this upcoming holiday season. Schiffmann Injury Lawyers Sober Ride Home Program will reimburse the costs of UBER, Taxi or Lyft rides home subject to the conditions of the program below.

Schiffmann Law’s Sober Ride Home program hopes to encourage people to make good choices when celebrating on New Year’s Eve and thereby helping to keep all of us safe on New Years Eve.
The Schiffmann Law Sober Ride Home Program will provide reimbursement to a maximum of $35.00 per submission for taxi, Uber or Lyft rides home between December 31, 2019 and January 1, 2020.
The Deadline for submissions is Monday, January 6, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
Submissions will be considered on a first come, first considered basis and eligible submissions will be paid until the Schiffmann Law’s Sober Ride Home program’s budget of $5,000 has been reached.
Reimbursement for eligible submissions will be made via PayPal or Physical Check.
Only one submission per ride will be reimbursed.
